Refund Policy
Effective date: June 12, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to paid products, digital tools, downloads, subscriptions, or services offered through hair-stylist.pro by Momiji Group Inc. If no paid products are currently available, this policy explains the refund rules that will apply when paid features are introduced.
General refund window
Unless a checkout page, product page, or separate written agreement states otherwise, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. We review refund requests case by case and may ask for information needed to locate the transaction.
Digital products and tool access
Digital products, generated results, downloads, and tool access may become non-refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, or substantially used, except where required by law or where the product was not delivered as described.
Subscriptions
If subscriptions are offered, you may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation flow provided with the subscription. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated at checkout.
Duplicate or mistaken purchases
If you believe you were charged twice, purchased by mistake, or were billed after cancellation, contact us with the transaction details. We will review the issue and correct confirmed billing errors.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may be denied for completed digital delivery, heavy use of a paid feature, violation of the Terms of Service, abuse of refund requests, or dissatisfaction caused by factors outside the site, such as salon execution, lighting, hair texture, previous dye, or styling choices.
