If you do not recognize a subscription or recurring charge, contact our support team so we can help locate and review the payment.
Include the email address you may have used to register, the date and amount of the charge, and the payment description shown on your statement. Do not send your full card number, security code, or password.
Check your subscription details
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The checkout and purchase confirmation explain the trial, if applicable, the subscription rate, billing schedule, and cancellation instructions for the selected plan.
You can review your account in the app and follow the cancellation instructions to stop future renewals.
